XZ-4 Sheet Pleating cutter 

  Thin sheet folding cutting machine function is to complete the "thin sheet" coil material cutting into silk or fold shaping. For HNB new tobacco, it is the production equipment of "tobacco" in the smoke section. For filter rod products, it can complete the material wrinkling or corrugation, and realize the production of special material filter rod. The XZ-4 is an all-intellectual crimp cutting device developed across generations based on the XZ-1 (right picture, with working video).

1, automatic feeding mechanism, and logistics docking to achieve heavy coil material identification, grab, installation, positioning, etc. Reduce labor intensity.

2. Add the supply mechanism of the inner wire material of the product (new smoke or filter rod), flexibly select the appropriate mechanism according to the material, so as to realize the synchronous feeding.

3. Optional stitching methods of parchment paper materials, such as glue-splicing, glue-free splicing, static splicing, etc., can improve efficiency and reduce consumption.

4. Pleating and cutting unit is equipped with phase fine-tuning function, which can realize automatic alignment between pattern phase and subsequent cutting tool when grid cutting or pattern folding;
